By accessing or using Aksepte, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
1. Account Registration
- •You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- •You must provide accurate, current information during registration
- •You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account
- •One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts to game the system
2. Creator Responsibilities
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, distribute, and promote your content.
Content Standards
All uploaded content must comply with our Community Guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content (music, footage, images).
Verification Requirements
Creators must verify location and language authenticity. Providing false information may result in account suspension and earnings forfeiture.
Earnings & Payouts
Earnings are calculated based on verified views and equity multipliers. Minimum payout threshold is $50. Payouts process within 30-45 days of request approval.
3. Viewer Responsibilities
- •Use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes
- •Do not engage in view manipulation, spam, or artificial engagement
- •Respect intellectual property—do not download or redistribute content without permission
- •Interact respectfully in comments and community features
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- •Upload content you don't own or have permission to use
- •Manipulate metrics (views, likes, comments) through bots or fake accounts
- •Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity/location
- •Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise platform security
- •Use the platform for illegal activities or to violate others' rights
- •Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data without authorization
5. Intellectual Property
All platform code, designs, logos, and features are owned by Aksepte and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations
Service "As Is": We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes.
Content Liability: Creators are solely responsible for their content. We are not liable for user-generated content, though we reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aksepte is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
- •You may delete your account at any time via Settings
- •Upon termination, unpaid earnings above $50 will be processed; balances below $50 are forfeited
- •Your content may remain accessible during appeals or disputes
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
For disputes under $10,000, informal resolution is required before arbitration. Contact support@culturalvoices.com to initiate dispute resolution.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
